We are a martial arts club that runs karate classes in the Eastbourne, Seaford, Newhaven and Lewes areas of East Sussex.
Rising Sun MA is dedicated to providing high quality classes in a fun and safe environment for students of all ages.

Rising Sun Dojo & student etiquette
Clean tidy uniform with badge neatly displayed on the left breast Correct foot wear to be worn if you have any infections Male students should wear only the Gi Bow upon entering and leaving the dojo.
Cleanliness and personal hygiene – Short nails, hair tied back Female students are permitted to wear a t-shirt (white only) under their Gi Have a positive and respectful attitude at all times.

I will develop self discipline, I will respect myself and others. I will use common sense before self defence and will never be abusive or offensive.I am motivated and dedicated and will always be my best.
